SALARIES:        RN -   $52,522 - 57,466,  depending on relevant experience
                           LPN - $43,924 - 46,953,  depending on relevant experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current license by PA State Board of Nursing required. Experience working with the elderly is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY:

Renders professional nursing care to residents within an assigned unit of Providence Pointe at Parkhouse in support of medical care as directed by the medical staff, in conjunction with policies, procedures and established standards of practice. Principle action is administration of medications and treatments, observation and assessment, documentation of the same and resident outcomes. Residents receive quality care and acuity level of the residents are established.

SHIFT PREMIUM:

Those working the 3 PM to 11 PM and the 11 PM to 7 AM shifts will receive a shift premium.
